Our Field Technicians are the absolute lifeblood of our business. They deliver the outstanding onsite service at homes and offices which ensures our customers return again and again.
As a Baxenet Technician you will delight customers with your efficiency, warmth and technical expertise.

The right candidates will have:

* 2 or more years experience in the desktop support field and a proven-track record in troubleshooting, repairing and providing support for computers (PC and/or Apple) along with networks in both home and office environments

* Relevant IT qualifications/certifications* Sound troubleshooting skills

* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues in basic "plain English" terms

* Excellent organization and time-management skills
